PBJ Bites

Amy Rottman, Human Resources Manager

I’m not gonna lie; I don’t cook. So that's one reason. Also, I love PBJs — who doesn't? Lastly, I had a favorite babysitter growing up who would make me honey bread (a.k.a. bread with honey on it) as a special treat. One day she was making me a PBJ for lunch and I asked her to make it on honey bread. Best. Idea. Ever.

Ingredients:

  • Bread
  • Peanut butter
  • Jelly
  • Honey

Directions:

  1. Take two pieces of bread. Spread a thin layer of honey on one piece, then a layer of jelly on top. Spread a thin layer of honey on the other piece, then a layer of peanut butter on top.
  2. Slap ‘em together and cut diagonally in each direction. Done.
